Ampere's Law in Forms Ampere's law in forms states that the number of tubes flowing through a surface is equal to the number of surfaces that a test charge would pass through going around the contour of the surface. In this animation there are four current tubes (two forms) passing through a yellow surface. A test charge is taken in a complete circle around the surface. As it does it passes through four sheets (one forms). Thus Ampere's law is satisfied. |
