 Demo 7.3: Circular Polarization

Given: A +-directed plane wave traveling in air with the following polarization parameters:

ax = 3,

ay = 3,

= 90o


Press to solve for and display E (0, t) and H (0, t).


















This is clearly a circularly polarized wave and its rotation fits the left-hand rule. Hence it is LHC.
