Surface Charge in Forms

We can use forms to visualize the calculation of surface charge given the electric fields on either side of a surface. First the forms are subtracted. Then they are lined up to be parrallel with each other. We then use forms operators to "straighten" out any forms that are not perpendicular to the surface. The result is "boxes" of charge on the surface that lie between the resulting forms.
