  Faraday's Law

  Module 6.2: Two Loops

Given: Two co-planar loops, with a primary loop on the left connected to an a-c  voltage source, and a secondary loop on the right connected to a resistor.

 Q1.  At what time closest to t=0 is the current I2 in the secondary loop a maximum?
      t=0
      t=/4
      t=/2
      t=/
 Q2.  What is the direction of I2 at that moment?
      clockwise
      counterclockwise
 Q3.  What is the magnitude of the current I1 in the primary loop when I2 is a maximum? (Assume the internal resistances of the loops to be negligibly small.)
      I1=0
      I1=V0/R1
