  Module 6.3: Rotating Semi-rectangular Wire

Given: A wire composed of straight sections and a semi-rectangular-shaped section is rotated by a crank at a constant angular frequency . The wire is part of a closed-circuit loop containing a resistance R.

 Q.  Ignoring the internal resistance of the wires and defining t such that at t=0 the rectangular section is in the plane of the page, what will be the current induced in the loop? The magnetic field B0 is constant and uniform.
