Maxwell's Laws Tour
Gauss's Electric Law in Forms Gauss's electric law in vectors states that the net flux flowing through a closed surface is equal to the net charge enclosed by that surface. In forms Gauss's electric law says that the net number of tubes (two forms) passing through a closed surface is equal to the net charge (three forms) enclosed by the surface. The two definitions are very similiar but each visualization gives a different perspective on it. In this example there are sixteen three forms (charge). Out of each three form a two form (D tubes) eminates. Thus sixteen tubes pass through the surface that encloses the sixteen charges. |
